In extreme raw eating salads of grain germs are recommended, prepared in combination with nuts, but here one should proceed carefully as germ consumption is not so harmless. You need to know which germs, when and how are prepared, as well as who can consume them.
Maybe not all recommendations about grains are acceptable but as to fruit, vegetables and most nuts, eating-raw theoreticians are absolutely right. Science has already proved that fruit is most healthy if taken alone, unmixed with other foods.

Exercises with Expanders

Many people have heard about eating raw and especially nowadays everybody is aware that excessive weight is cause for many diseases. But what exactly is eating raw? First of all we need to make it clear that eating raw is a way of feeding with uncooked products and the fanatic supporters of such nutrition define it as “a way of living”.  Much research has been devoted to eating raw. There are extremists claiming that all diseases are caused by foods processed through heating, together with other factors like drugs, alcohol, smoking, polluted environment, electromagnetic radiation and sedentary lifestyle, shorten human life.

Oxygen Thirst

Some bodybuilders attending the original Gold’s Gym in Venice, California in the early 70s believed that breathing oxygen from a bottle after every series improves muscle hardiness and recovery after workouts.  This trend proved short- lived, however, for quite unclear reasons.  I have since seen competitors for Mr. Olympia getting down the platform to breathe oxygen, although nowadays this is not so common a practice as it was in the past.
